The FCC never fails to disappoint. Those beacons of decency have finally brought the hammer down - no pun intended - on actual indecency - they've slapped Fox with a huge fine for pandering to and titillating audiences during a reality show. Isn't that what reality shows are supposed to do? Or am I missing something.

So using FCC logic, shouldn't EVERY reality show on television be considered indecent? Something creatively bankrupt network execs might consider. Don't say you weren't warned.

But Sinclair is basically given free reign to air anti-Kerry propoganda during prime time? So the barometer for FCC's indecent logic still needs some fine tuning - unless of course they require Sinclair to give equal time to Kerry.
